Featured Geek: Meg Humphrey
“I’ve been asked if my Rebel Alliance and Jedi council tattoos were real, but how many have questioned the guy who just walked by with a Jabba the Hutt on his shoulder?”
Meg Humphrey is one busy geek. She is the Manager of Programming at GeekGirlCon, the Panels Coordinator at Sakura-Con, a writer for Have You Nerd, and runs her own clothing line, Force Apparel. When she’s not doing the aforementioned things, you can find her obsessing over Star Wars, Stargate, Disney, criminology, and weightlifting (she admits she’s a bit of a fitness bro). She dreams of working for a convention and getting paid to talk about all the nerdy things she loves. On geekiness, Meg notes, “When you’re a geek, you love something so much that it becomes part of you….You just wouldn’t be ‘you’ without it.” Well said, Meg.
The feels of inadaquacy when your brosis uses bigger dumbells than you.
